I’m Pamela Delgado, Founder of DCG

  • My career began in the accessories space, managing global wholesale partnerships for a lifestyle brand. I traveled to major trade shows across the U.S., built strong relationships with buyers, and learned the ins and outs of retail strategy, logistics, design and production firsthand.

    The NYC Chapter – Fashion & Fine Jewelry
    When I moved to New York City in 2012, I transitioned into menswear and fine jewelry. I sold into some of the biggest national retailers like, Macy’s, Lord & Taylor, QVC, T.J.Maxx. That chapter sharpened my skills in buyer relations, merchandising, and navigating large-scale retail sales cycles.

  • As I started my family, I knew I needed more stability. I pivoted into enterprise sales in the life sciences industry, where I was trained to sell and consult at the highest levels. I gained a whole new understanding of how Fortune 500 companies make decisions and how to communicate effectively with the people making them.

  • At this time, I realized I wasn’t meant to fit in. I was meant to lead. After discovering I was significantly underpaid, I launched Rawly Bold, a purpose-driven graphic apparel brand built on two core beliefs: be raw (authentic) and bold (fearless). I built a community, launched an ambassador program, and created a brand that was about more than the product. It was about power and purpose.

    That Spark Became a Strategy 2020: In 2020, I was planning to move to Europe. People kept asking, “Who does your branding?” and the answer was me. I started helping small businesses with their social media and storytelling, and that became the early foundation of Delgado Creative Group.

  • In 2023, I hit pause to my agency and was recruited to join a company focused on helping Fortune 500s grow. I fully immersed myself and learned about behavioral psychology, emotional motivators, loyalty programs, gamification, and incentives that helps organizations make millions in revenue. That chapter gave me a language for something I had always understood intuitively: strategy only works when it aligns with how people actually feel, behave, and decide.

    My Moment of Clarity 2025
    By late 2024, something was missing. I wanted more. I had the clarity, the tools, and the calling. I asked God and the Universe for guidance and in February, the company I worked for downsized. I took that as my sign to go all in. That’s when I officially relaunched Delgado Creative Group with a bold new vision and everything I had learned along the way.

  • I lead a global, behavior-informed creative team helping brands grow creatively. At DCG, we don’t just push content. We build brands that drive your people to take action. Our work spans all things creative. Strategy, storytelling, systems, and marketing that makes your people move resulting in more revenue and the visibility you’ve been after.

  • Bilingual Content Specialist and Copywriter who loves to take on stimulating projects and deliver solid functional work. Versatile writer known to fulfill duties typically assigned to several writers and managing the effective delivery of diverse projects. He’s produced content, advertisement and shopper marketing materials  for companies like Unilever, Volkswagen, Banco Popular and more. 

    What he’s into: Luis is a horror fan, music stan. He’s usually the guy with the aux chord and father to his rescue dogs, Filip & Riot.

  • A designer who merges strategy, storytelling, and design to shape purposeful brand and digital experiences. Aysha leads with intention, creating work that is not only visually compelling but also emotionally resonant. Her design philosophy prioritizes inclusivity, clarity, and meaning making her a trusted partner for brands aiming to build genuine connections with their audiences. Aysha has worked with globally recognized names such as Amazon, Bliss Beauty, and Popsugar, consistently bringing a refined aesthetic and keen creative insight to every project.

Julianna Rodriguez Dolsen
  • Julianna is a digital designer specializing in user-focused web design for modern brands. With over 8 years of experience working remotely across the U.S., she’s led projects ranging from e-commerce redesigns to mobile app UX enhancements. At DCG, she brings clarity and structure to every website she touches bridging design aesthetics with functionality.

    Her experience spans industries like fashion, tech, consumer goods and wellness, with clients including Luiny Jewelry, Yahoo! and Waldorf Astoria. Julianna’s background in digital strategy allows her to design with both user experience and business growth in mind. Whether she’s reworking a site’s navigation or enhancing its visual rhythm, her work is always rooted in clarity, intention, and human-centered design.
